Chamberlain Architects is a practical design studio in Melbourne, Australia, founded by Glen Chamberlain and Ella Leoncio. They have a passion for materiality and architectural craftsmanship, and are known for their detail and design sophistication.

Glen Chamberlain has led the studio since 2003 and became the sole director of Chamberlain Architects in 2014. Glen Chamberlain has been working as an architect for more than 20 years. Early in his career, he specialized in residential and multi-residential architecture. He is eager to listen to his clients and find common ground with them.

Ella Leoncio has worked at Chamberlain studio since 2004 and is principal of Chamberlain Architects. Ella and Glen are in charge of the design direction of the practice. She has an in-depth understanding of design and has written for House magazine, Artichoke and a number of online publications, including Yellowtrace.

Chamberlain Architects’ design is inspired by modern Australian life, with an inherent sense of flexibility and lightness.
