Saya is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Utopia Property Information Group. Saya Wang has been in the Australian Real Estate Business since 2009 and has over 10 years’ experience in real estate development and management.
Before Utopia, Saya had been engaged in real estate development for three years in the top 500 listed real estate companies in Australia. And for the following four years, Saya had been working as the general manager of a subsidiary of the parent company in real estate development, management, sales operation and marketing.
Saya is passionate about bringing something different to the property industry, and using his appreciation for design to deliver excellent results.
Saya is a capable, results orientated general manager with experience of leading high performance teams and of successfully increasing efficiency and productivity whilst reducing costs and inefficiencies. Ability to keep a level head at all times, nurture and grow a business, evaluate opportunities and risks and also deliver innovative new solutions to challenges. Possessing excellent client facing and configuration skills and highly successful in helping define company direction, achieving goals and optimizing business.
As the general manager, Yizhi Fan leads the organization to ensure commitments to stakeholders are delivered and that the organization is resourced in all areas to realize the vision of Utopia Property Information Group.

Highly knowledgeable and experienced across many facets of the property industry, Zhenjiang is our Senior Property Advisor, he takes great pride in working with people to find their dream home or property investment.
Possessing strong communication skills, building long standing professional relationships with our clients comes naturally to Zhenjiang, while his vibrant personality adds significant value to the internal team at Utopia.
Jifang completed her Bachelor in Architecture in Tianjin Chengjian University, as a motivated young lady with great enthusiasm in industrial architecture and construction, she successfully achieved her Master of Architecture in University of Adelaide to obtain more advanced knowledge and accumulate industrial experience. She has a genuine passion for design, development and refined throughout her life and architectural studies. After graduation, she shows her good architectural design talent and is currently playing a key role within our Utopia team.
Fan has always brought in enthusiasm, creativity and her hard-working nature to Utopia projects. She maintains, updates and develops our design and communication materials as well as assisting our architecture designers to ensure the best design and marketing outcomes are always achieved.
Fan has completed a Bachelor of Contemporary Arts at The University of South Australia and is able to draw on her wealth of knowledge in her role.
Qihui achieved her master’s degree of Landscape Architecture in The University of Adelaide. She began to work for Utopia as a part-time landscape architect since August 2020, and then became an official member of Utopia team not only for her enthusiastic working attitude, but also for her solid professional skills.
Qishui has brought fresh blood to Utopia team and is now playing an important role within the company.
Chuchun Xu is leading, developing and implementing training programs on customer engagement, deal negotiation, acquiring financing, and sales. In addition, he set weekly monthly, and annual goals for the sales team to work towards and track these goals by meeting with the sales team regularly and conducting team meetings to motivate and coach agents to achieve sales goals.
Yuhan completed a duel degree in Business Management and Finance (University of Adelaide) in 2015, and in 2019 joined Utopia Property Information Group as Head of Commercial.
