Construction Update for July 2020

Maxcon continued works during July completing Level 14 to Level 17 slabs with Level 14 formwork stripped. Level  17 insitu columns poured. 

Services works to Level 1 – 4 completed with sewer stacks, fire sprinklers and permanent lights. The carpark screen installed on all elevations except for Alimak area.

In addition, both precast panel cores installed up to Level 17 with internal core stairs poured to Level 12.

Fitout progress

  • Level 8 – 11 plaster walls and ceiling installed with first coat of paint
  • Level 9 – 13 balustrade completed including painting of balcony soffits
  • Level 9 – 13 Air conditioning enclosure boxes completed
  • Windows to Level 8 – 13 installed including all carpark windows
  • Level 5 tiling completed
  • Level 6 tiling commenced
  • Joinery to Level 5 & 6 installed
  • Stone benchtops to Level 5 & 6 installed
